Push the bolt subassembly in (Fig. 26) and twist the cam pin a quarter turn and

lift to remove the cam pin on the 5.56 model (Fig. 27). Lift the cam pin to remove

the cam pin on the 7.62 model.

When reassembling the rearm, be sure the cam pin is installed in the bolt

carrier assembly. The rearm will re without the cam pin and the rearm

will explode, causing damage to your rearm and may result in serious

personal injury to the shooter and/or others nearby.

Pull the bolt subassembly out through the front of the bolt carrier (Fig. 28).
